Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered before work begins, if the project scope cannot be delivered, or if a refund is agreed in writing. Processing fees or completed discovery work may be excluded where applicable.
Completed Delivery
No refund is normally provided after completed delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. This is because the work is custom, digital, and immediately usable by the client.
Revision Policy
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the package. Revisions must stay within the original agreed service scope.
